Password issues?
This section offers support if you have forgotten your password, need to reset it or having other account issues.
Forgotten your password?
No problem - a new password can be sent automatically to you.
Go to the password recovery page and enter either your username or your registered email address in the appropriate box (there's no need to enter both).
The system will send you an email - you should receive that within a few minutes. Click on the link in that email and the system will send you a new temporary password in another email.
Sorry if that seems cumbersome, but it means that no-one else can reset your password as it requires you to click on the link in the email to action the process.
Want to change your password?
If you want to change your password - for example because you forgot your password and it needed to be re-set - you can do so by going to the password recovery page.
Still having problems?
If you continue to have problems, you can email us at elearning@cpagscotland.org.uk
