Child disability payment (CDP) is a new Scottish benefit that helps meet the additional needs of disabled children. It will start being rolled out during 2021. This course gives you a practical insight into the main CDP rules for children and an understanding of how you can demonstrate that a child meets the qualifying criteria. This course also covers how and when children will be able to claim CDP and how the roll out will affect children who already get disability living allowance which CDP is replacing.
