This is an introductory level course. You do not need any prior benefit knowledge to do it.
You’ll learn about how universal credit might affect you and which benefits it’s replacing. You’ll explore the different elements that make up an award, the basic rules for claiming and the claim process. You’ll learn about the claimant commitment and work-related requirements.
The course is full of case studies, examples and interactive elements to help you engage with the content and practice what you've learned.
This course will take between 30-40 minutes to complete.
