You'll learn what you can do if you're waiting for the first payment of a new benefit claim or you're living off reduced benefit payments due to a sanction. You'll also find out about the financial help available if you've experienced a crisis or disaster or need help to set up or maintain your home.
Each course is full of examples and interactive features to help you to engage with the content and practice what you've learned.
They will each take about 30 minutes to complete.
