Adult disability payment (ADP) is now well-established as the Scottish disability benefit for working-age people and there is a significant, and growing, body of ADP caselaw emerging from the Upper Tribunal for Scotland. This caselaw is throwing light on ADP and on wider aspects of the Scottish social security system. The course provides an opportunity to review recent caselaw and consider how you can use it when helping your clients apply for ADP or challenge an ADP determination.
