Advisers are now supporting the final legacy claimants – most getting employment and support allowance (ESA) – through the migration process. Claimants who have already made the move will continue to seek advice about the amount (and future) of their transitional protection, and everyone in the sector will remain on the look-out for those who haven’t claimed UC by their deadline day.
