This eLearning course is relevant in England, Wales and Scotland. It's about the limited capability for work and work-related activity and moving to UC.
It looks at the situation where it's already been decided that someone has LCWRA for old-style employment and support allowance before they move to UC. You'll learn about when the LCWRA element should be included from the start of a UC award, rather than after the normal 3 month waiting period.
This is an advanced level course for advisers with existing benefit knowledge.
