Some claimants receiving ‘Legacy’ benefits under the old rules may elect to ‘jump ship’ early onto UC because they think it is better for them, or because they have been encouraged to do so by the DWP or other officials. Method of delivery & timings This face-to-face training course runs from 10am to 4.30pm at our office in Central London.
