This training course focuses on Universal Credit (UC), the centre piece of the Government’s welfare reform programme. Universal Credit is now at ‘full roll out’ across the UK and applies to working age claimants whether they are in work or not. UC comes with a reputation for delays and problems relating to poor decision-making, as well as difficulties arising from the UC computer system.
